Our first ever fall session for Smithers Vigour Athlete Development Program – Ages 13-19 – will be starting November 8 and running until December 15.
Days and Times: There are TWO training days per week offered.
Both training days will include 2 weight room days offered in 1 groups. Monday/Wednesday sessions led by Strength Coach, Jenna Rauch as follows:

Group #1) Strength Monday/Wednesday 5:30-6:30 pm
The Vigour Athlete Development Program provides a solid long-term foundation, decreases the risk of injury, and ingrains a ‘sport for life’ and healthy living philosophy. The program will enhance the young athlete’s strength and speed with a focus on exercise technique and motor skill acquisition to supplement their sport specific training programs.
The Program includes Strength and Conditioning sessions in The Engage Sport North High Performance Center Weight Room in Smithers Secondary to further enhance the Athlete’s speed, balance, co-ordination and conditioning.
