Looking for a way to keep your preschool child physically active? Try Active Star!
This free, drop-in program is intended to help enhance fundamental movement skills through structured and unstructured play in a safe, FUN, indoor environment. The Active Star program corresponds with the Sport for Life Active Start stage and will help children improve their balance, coordination, and agility through active play. Children ages 2 – 5 will build physical literacy giving them the competence, confidence, and motivation to be physically active for life.
