The data collected provides valuable insights for individual athlete fitness evaluation and monitoring, which can be compared across sports and athlete development benchmarks.

Athletes attending the event will receive detailed information about their testing scores, and this data will be shared with their Local Sports Organization (LSO) and Provincial Sports Organization (PSO). Additionally, all Podium Search athletes are encouraged to attend the RBC Training Ground Program, where testing scores are shared with RBC National Sports Organization (NSO) Partner sports.

In addition to the athlete-focused sessions, there is an exclusive networking opportunity for head coaches and board members of LSOs on the evening of October 12 from 6 until 8:00 pm at UNBC (Age 19+). This LSO Collaboration night features a guest speaker, networking, free food, drinks, and the chance to win door prizes. To attend, RSVP here.
